OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AGAIN

Following a lengthy rebuilding project, we are now open to the public once again. We plan to hold an 'Open Day' in June when we will invite people to come and see our new building and take a cup of tea with us. We will announce this in the local papers and on the website when we have a firm date.

We are planning to hold the usual Fun Dog Show in late September 2008 - date to be confirmed.

Goods can be purchased in the Shelter Shop and staff are available to take enquiries and answer the telephone.

 SPONSORED SKY DIVE and DOG SWIM

On 24 August at Lancaster, three of the Animal Care Assistants at the Shelter - Jenny, Tara and Ellen - will be undertaking a Sponsored Sky Dive. The branch is also planning a Sponsored Dog Swim on Sunday 22 June. Further details for both of these events can be obtained from the Shelter on the usual number.

	A NEW HOME FOR MAX
	Hi, we adopted Max from you just over a year ago and I would like to firstly thank you for bringing such a wonderful dog into our lives and secondly say 'thanks' from all the animals to whom you make such a difference by giving them a second chance.
